Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts are a professional American football team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. They are the current champions of the American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football League (NFL), after winning Super Bowl XLI on February 4, 2007.
In 1984 the Colts moved from Baltimore to Indianapolis. On the playing field, the Colts started slowly in their new city, winning 90 of 228 games (including 3 playoff appearances) in their first 14 seasons. Since the arrival of Bill Polian and Peyton Manning begining with the 1998 season, however, the Colts have won 99 of 157 games and could achieve an all time winning percentage since moving to Indianapolis of at or above 50% if they record a 12-4 or better record in 2007.
